PT Asianet Media Teknologi’s Third-Party Code of Conduct sets out the standards of integrity, ethical behavior, and compliance that we expect all Third Parties (TPs) to uphold in the course of their business relationships with PT Asianet Media Teknologi. It applies to all TPs, including those engaged in business development, marketing and sales activities, fulfillment of contractual obligations, and the facilitation of licenses, permits, or other authorizations related to land acquisition, construction, and the development or commissioning of projects.

All TPs are required to comply with applicable laws and regulations and to uphold high standards of integrity and ethical conduct, as set out in their contracts and the Integrity Pact with the PT Asianet Media Teknologi.

PT Asianet Media Teknologi is committed to protecting Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. This commitment applies to all Personal Data collected and processed by the Company in the course of its business activities. PT Asianet Media Teknologi implements an Anti–Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML-CTF) framework that includes risk-based due diligence, screening, and effective internal controls to detect, prevent, and report suspicious activities. This commitment applies across all business activities and relationships, including with customers, business partners, and all other third parties.

PT Asianet Media Teknologi is committed to upholding integrity and ethical conduct by providing a secure and trusted Whistleblowing mechanism. This commitment includes a strict anti-retaliation policy and the protection of whistleblowers, including the option to remain anonymous, in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies. Reports may cover, among others, breaches of the Company’s Code of Conduct and Ethics, violations of the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Policy, and other unethical or unlawful activities. All reports are handled confidentially and will be assessed and investigated through a fair and objective process, including, where appropriate, by independent parties to ensure impartiality.
